Alright, considering my pretty general estimate at a final payoff price of  $374.10 in my last post, my guess wasn’t too far off.

$398.64 would come to be the actual payoff, so I was only off about 25 dollars; not too bad!

So, in summary of the price aspect of my Flexi Compras venture, I only spent about $125.00 above the MSRP! Not too bad for a “lease to own / no credit check” set up, in my opinion. Truth is, I only leased it out for a month before the payoff! Obviously you might be thinking, “why the hell didn’t you just wait one more month to buy it?!”

Well…, because I wouldn’t be able to write you this wonderful review of course!

And also, I didn’t have the money! It was Christmas time, cut me a break! Was it worth it? … Yeah, I think so.

All in all, I’m pretty satisfied with the whole ordeal. I would totally shop with them again in my next desperate moment, and, dare I say, I would recommend it to someone else. ( It happens to give you a discount if you get a friend to buy by the way! )

No I don’t work for them! They’re not giving me money for this! You tell ‘em Kate!

But the money is not everything, you know. Allow me one moment to rant:

The initial customer service was awful! I had to get through three different individuals claiming that they would assist me via telephone ( remember: I applied online ) before I finally got a hold of someone who bothered to give me some damn service! Yeah, that was a two day process. Then, when I finally came to arrive at the service area ( a very sad looking venue ), I am walked through the contract by an older “gentleman” who speaks down to me in a raised voice about what the contract means.

I admit, I look like a sixteen year old, but I am twenty-two sir! Just because your aging has blessed you with a fine silver beard does not warrant you the right to speak down to me in such a manner! Any opportunity I took to ask questions, I was met with a monotonous ramble at elevating decibels.

Thanks. But really, other than that, the customer service was wonderful, and I now own a sexy piece of hardware.
